How to spot the posts a brand ran as ads with Adspy
This Adspy playbook is for teams deciding which organic content to put money behind. It returns the organic posts a brand later ran as paid ads, each matched to its ad, with the delay and how long the ad ran. Everything it reads is included on every plan, within fair use.

What comes back?
Adspy's answer arrives in the chat, with the ads, posts and figures it rests on, so you can open each one.
- Each post beside the ad it became
- The delay between the post and the ad, and how long the ad ran
- The post's public counts before it ran as an ad
No sample is shown here: the answer depends on the accounts and ads Adspy collects when you ask, and a made-up one would mislead.
Good to know before you run it
- A pair is shown only when the match is clear, so some reused posts are missed rather than guessed.
- Ads come from Meta and Google: a post boosted as a TikTok ad is not covered.
- No pair means none was found in Adspy's ads library, not that the brand never paid.
