Adspy (adspy.sh) is published and operated by BURIZA. The company supplies the service described in the Terms of Sale and Service.

2. Website hosting
Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Published legal contact telephone: +1 559 288 7060. Vercel hosts the website and its web application. Its corporate address does not establish the location of every data-processing operation.
Other infrastructure used to deliver the service is described in the Privacy policy. Advertising platforms and tools operated by third parties are separate services.
3. Editorial responsibility and third-party material
BURIZA is responsible for its own website and service publications. Advertising creatives, advertiser names, logos, videos, music and other referenced material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Their appearance is for the research and information purposes described by the service and does not imply a partnership, endorsement or permission to reuse them.
Adspy is independent of Meta and Google. Coverage and recorded activity reflect available source evidence; they do not establish ad spend, profitability or the legal compliance of an advertisement. Automated analyses can contain mistakes. Corrections can be sent to info@adspy.sh.
4. Content notices and rights of reply
For an intellectual-property complaint, privacy request, unlawful-content report or request for a right of reply, contact info@adspy.sh or write to the registered office. Include the exact page URL or creative identifier, the grounds of the request, supporting information and a reply address. State your authority if you represent another person, and confirm accuracy to the best of your knowledge.
Reports are available to everyone, including people without an account. Please provide only information needed to assess the issue. We review sufficiently precise notices diligently and may restrict access, seek clarification or correct a publication. You may request reconsideration by replying with the notice reference. Applicable statutory rights and time limits remain unaffected.
A report concerning a third-party source may also require action with that source. This notice does not assert that all our activities qualify for a hosting exemption or waive BURIZA’s responsibility for its own processing and publications.
5. Access, links and applicable documents
The website contains links to third-party sites and may display material made available by external services. Those sites have their own operators and terms. Check the destination before entering information or purchasing a service. BURIZA does not control every change to a linked page.
The Terms of Sale and Service describe ordering, subscriptions, credits, cancellation, acceptable use and dispute rules. The Privacy policy describes personal-data processing and rights. Both remain accessible without signing in. Legal notices do not replace an individual order or a validly accepted contract.
